Tim Cawsey
Gemalto

Tim is in charge of everything to do with Gemalto's corporate communications around Gemalto’s brand, corporate publications (including the annual report) and social media.

He has been with Gemalto for 12 years in a variety of marketing and communication roles based in France and the USA. Prior to Gemalto he worked in tech transfer at the University of Manchester.

He is currently completing a dissertation on B2B Social Media for an MSc in Digital Marketing Communications at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Tracy Glynn

Tracy Glynn is Head of Marketing at Realex Payments having joined the company in 2007. Based out of the company’s Dublin office, Tracy is responsible for managing all of Realex Payments’ online and offline marketing activity including social media, online marketing, events and PR.

Tracy has over ten years of experience in business-to-business marketing. Prior to joining Realex Payments, she held an international marketing position in the Irish Maritime Development Office, Ireland’s national dedicated development, promotional and marketing agency for the shipping services sector. Prior to this, Tracy also held positions with Wincanton Records Management and Airbus Finance Company. She a graduate of Trinity College Dublin and Dublin Institute of Technology.

John is a Communications Planning Manager with HSBC, leading on HSBC’s global approach to social media communications, reputational risk monitoring, communications campaigns, and media measurement and analysis.

John has worked for HSBC for 12 years in a variety of roles - starting out as a software developer and technical analyst before transitioning into communications, where he worked in government relations and public policy before joining the press office in his current role.

Thomas also spent 18 months working at 1000heads, managing a multi-national and multi-lingual team looking after varied communities and social presences for global and UK focused clients including Nokia, Comic Relief, Lexus and Mars. He is now working to deliver real value from social for the global Nokia brand on five continents.

Gilbert Réveillon is the CEO of Mobile LOOV and a seasoned expert in the design and roll-out of international loyalty programmes covering finance, e-commerce, B2B, B2C and C2C environments.

Jairson Vitorino

Jairson Vitorino can be described as a career entrepreneur. He has obtained a joint PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the Computer Science Department at UFPE in Brazil and the Universities of Mannheim and Ulm in Germany. He is currently chief technical officer of E.Life, a leading market intelligence and social media monitoring company based in Brazil and operating in Latin America, Spain and Portugal. The company uses its own technology to monitor and analyse the conversations taking place on the internet and constantly invests in research and development in order to develop new tools, technology and methodologies to analyse the social media buzz.
